New year, new Adeline. But Adeline's a little bored. Life within The Order isn't as eventful as she had thought it to be. Occasionally, her mother, the matriarch of The Order, sends Adeline around to discipline various unruly ascended. Her latest mission involves an ascended that likes to use her powers to be submissive instead, which Adeline thinks interesting and could be fun.

But Adeline isn't ordinary, and she's been noticed. She won't be bored for much longer.
